DJ Mister Cee Caught With His Pants Down

 Hot 97 radio DJ charged with public lewdness.

News reports surfaced yesterday that popular New York City DJ, Mister Cee of Hot 97 radio was arrested last week (March 30) for public lewdness. Cee, real name Calvin Lebrun, is accused of having sex in public with a transsexual male.

((Let me add from my sources that male was 20 YEARS OLD!!!))

GaySocialites.com, which broke the story, links to an online New York City court database which confirms that Lebrun was in fact arrested on March 30th for public lewdness. No other details on the crime were given, but GaySocialites also appears to have mugshots of both suspects.

The men were arrested in New York's West Village and booked at the 1^st Precinct.

Today on his daily "The Throwback at Noon" radio show, Cee took a defiant stance, refusing to address the allegations directly but playing a string of indignant New York rap classics that clearly relayed his mood. Songs like Nas's "Hate Me Now," "Life's a B---h," and Jay-Z's "What More Can I Say?" dominated the hour.

"If you ever had somebody hatin' on you in your life, call me up so we can talk about it," Cee said during "Hate Me Now." "I'm just gonna run the beat so we can shut up all the haters! I don't give a f---!"

Later Cee, who has been a staple in the New York rap scene since the early '90s and is credited as an executive producer on The Notorious B.I.G.'s seminal debut Ready to Die, took to his Twitter account to tell his side of the story.

“Never was I in a car with anyone when I was detained,” he tweeted. “The facts will come out and show what is being reported is totally untrue.”

“Time to get this shit cleared up so make it quick cause i aint feeling this Twitter shit NYPD has a detective squad after all Rappers & DJ'S,” he added.

Hot 97’s parent company, Emmis Communications, has not made an official statement pertaining to the charges against Mister Cee.

Although some bloggers are claiming the story is a hoax, the New York court system’s web site confirms that Calvin Lebrun aka DJ Mister Cee was arrested last week on charges of public lewdness.

Evidently DJ Mister Cee, who works for New York City’s Hot 97, was picked up for having sex with another 20-year-old man in public.

The two men were evidently arrested in Manhattan’s West Village, an area known by police where men participate in gay sex in public.  Cops say they caught the younger man performing oral sex on DJ Mister Cee at Watt and West Streets.

GaySocialites.com has also learned that this area of the West Village is laden with young, African American men who solicit money for gay sex.  This makes the odds higher that DJ Mister Cee may have hired a male prostitute.  Some hip hop bloggers don’t seem too happy to report that the popular DJ was picked up after getting busted for having gay sex in public.
